All signatories to the Genocide Convention have an obligation to act to *prevent* genocide. If the ICJ agrees with South Africa that there is a potential genocide happening, that will mean any signatories that continue to support Israel will be in violation of international law.

Although occupied people have the right to resist militarly, yes, I do believe that Hamas should go to court for some of their actions.
