Certainly, it doesn't seem to have been a priority. While TikTok has been a huge source of income for many creators, I honestly don't see much overlap with Nostr users—aside from a few cross-posts here and there.

It's unfortunate to see people lose their platform, but there's a classic lesson here: never build your house on someone else's land. This applies to all social media platforms, both centralized and decentralized.

The best strategy for most remains to use these communication channels to connect with and direct like-minded people to platforms you control—your own website and your own mailing list/forum.

My land is my network of people I follow. I can burn my nsec daily and still keep the list of people I follow. I don't care about much else.

I learned this the hard way by having an entire business focused on BlsckBerry smartphones 😂

But I physical space we can't even own any land at all.
