Like bounty but smaller. Lets say there is a task. That could be split into, say, 4 sub tasks. Then that in turn could be split into a few sub tasks. Each sub task could be a simple job like pushing a button, or adding a label. The bounty for the overall task gets split into the sub task, and the user that completes the subtask gets an immediate zap.
