Anyone familiar with developing or modifying A.I. models for computer vision?

Models that can handle animal/plant species identification, object(facial)recognition, and/or object detection. Looking into YOLOv8 or Phi-3vision or GroundingDINO have you found anything similar on LM Studio?

Also wondering about what hardware (camera sensors) works best for the computer vision compatible with FOSS deployment. Any info helps!
