For a long time, I’ve stayed committed to aligning with thoughts that feel good. But I’ll be honest, over the past month or so, I let fear sneak in and take the lead. This isn’t my natural state, and I know it. But awareness is everything, and I’m calling myself out with love. I take full responsibility for the quality of my life and the lens through which I see it. So when fear shows up and tries to pull me out of alignment, I’ll recognize it. I’ll forgive myself for letting it in, release the judgment, and consciously choose again. I’ll ask, What’s the most loving thought I can choose right now? Then I’ll thank God for the grace to realign, for the chance to return to love once again. This is my practice, and it’s a gift.
