Thousands of #Chinese vessels are swarming right at the border of #Peru's 200 NM EEZ.

But why are they stopping at the demarcation line? Bcz they all will turn off their AIS to enter others' EEZ, which makes them untraceable.

They operate illegally in other waters, being invisible.

Why are we silent on this?
