As far as i can tell i have opted out of any telemtry for firefox but i still see the domain appearing in my pi-hole a lot. I'm not sure if it's actually (trying to) send any data, and it is also not a single option to disable it all.

The opt-out for your car would be some strategically placed black tape, if there's no software option.
