I don't believe centralization is ever a good defense. Anything centralized becomes vulnerable to attacks because it offers the enemy a clear target. Every time you centralize a movement or an idea, you're creating an easy point to strike, like a giant bullseye.
This also happens in society: think of the LGBTQ+ community, vegans, environmentalists, and so on. They often fight battles that may be just, but they do so in the wrong way, focusing on rigid coalitions, factions, and divisions.
Instead, I believe we should fight for our ideals in a concrete way, through daily actions, without worrying too much about building formal structures or categories that risk fueling further conflicts.
What do you think about it?
