to our house, basically where I'm taking this picture from, and that's a pretty specific part of town. And again on the other side of the bus stop like above the school it's like 500m from the shop it's like a housing estate type of eastern socialist Europe back in the days and like 1500m from my apartment.

But lots of downsides, it's by the school and about 400m from a Vietnamese friend who has a Mixed Goods and Kids and the people of that estate used to shop there rather than that orange shop.

People from the house opposite hardly ever went there, at most people from the bus stop (which is being rebuilt now, so it would be even better)

That's why he's selling it.
