I can't find it, but if you've been following my notes you'll already know what 'gaslighting' is: it's to take steps in an attempt to get someone to question their own sanity, is a ready definition from mind.

##How to deal with gaslighting

Kahneman, Daniel. 'Thinking, fast and slow' (a favourite for the UK government and not a good read) mentions that you have a fast mind and a slow mind. So when faced with a gaslighting attempt, your fast mind will scramble to provide a credible reason like "i must have left that there" which only gives cover to the gaslighter. But if you just *not think* at the outset, leave the item at its place and allow your slow mind to delve deep -- it is then that you will get a yay or nay.

Supposedly, when we die our whole life flashes before us so all the memories are there, all is recorded, it's just that the access to it is limited.

You'll know the memory is real if, in your mind's eye, you **can't see yourself** in third person (obviously because you were taking the action). If the memory image is the same POV as real life then that is a true memory, trust it.
