Are you having issues accessing in the LAN or from external? Umbrel is accessible via Tor (address is shown in the settings) from outside. Works fine for me. It's not supposed to be accessible from the Internet otherwise.
Within LAN type umbre.local in your browser or the LAN ip of your umbrel.

I can access umbrel just fine at umbrel.local but when I try tonopen snort it just doesn't load now. I Uninstaller it and reinstalled. Same thing.
Hmm... I've not head this issue. Installation worked fine. Suggest installing Umbrel software again (wipe the SD card, if your using it on a Raspberry Pi). Just do a backup before (don't forget backing up LN channels manually, just in case!).
I did not use Snort on Umbrel, just installed it to try out. Snort did not really work well; the "share" button did not work and the "copy to clipboard" for pubkeys did neither. I use the official snort.social website now or mobile clients.
For mobile I use amethyst looking for a pc solution.
