1. Building Schools for those who seek knowledge

2. Constructing underground channels

3. Digging main canals

4. Building bridges across great waters

5. Rehabilitating villages and farms

6. Raising fortifications,

7. Building new towns,

8. On the highways, he will build inns (hotels);

and many important things

for which things he will be renowned forever;

The righteous ruler will gather the fruit of his good works in the next world and blessings will be showered upon him.
