Kids are amazing negotiators. They try to do it with everything. Too bad many people lose that ability by the time they are adults.

agreed. needs guiding and forming, instead of shutting down. it’s one of the main reasons people lack self-worth these days.

I absolutely love this about my 2yo. He just approaches things from a different perspective and takes insane shortcuts, while still keeping valid facts snd arguments. He has the upper hand in any discussion with adults. I so much hope he keeps this, although he will be that one "Mr. Smartpants" kid hated by tired teachers.
