Replying to Avatar cipres

Hi. A few days ago i commented the same thing on substack. Clear skies. After they started to gut USAID i noticed a massive decrease in spraying here (western europe). I always monitor geoengineering activities and now it's extremely rare. I read that USAID was funding cloud seeding operations.

One thing to remember is that some tankers doing the spraying are remotely operated. But something has changed i'm pretty sure. We'll see what happens in the coming months.

It was gone for some time, maybe a week and a half, now back to some degree but now like before... I'm sure USAID was not the only source of funding... But seems to have made a difference.

Neither the only source of funding nor the main one. This is an invoice from WMI (Weather Modification International). $81,000 a month, just for a county ... They're most likely funded by central bankers, the top of the scumbags pyramid.
