This is why lightning and other L2s are important going forward for scale. BTC judges its value of L2s on their TVL’s, LN also doesnt have a BTC priced pegged coin the others and since lightening has a lot of private channels you cant really get a precise estimate on TVL but that doesn’t mean its not doing its job. Taking out of circulation for now is fine as-long as we keep the miners incentivized. Its about how we do it, when we do it and where we do it.
