Looking for some advice on troubleshooting a miner issue I'm having.

One of my miners was plugged into the wall without a surge protector during a storm one day and we lost power (stupid, i know)... after power was restored I plugged it back in and it was working for a day or two but fast forward to today and I'm having issues.

I verified my power supply is functioning by plugging it to another miner. No issues there. When I plug into the problematic one, the fans spin up initially then turn off after a second. The lights are all on on the miner. I can see the IP address on my network. I can even log in. But it just continuously loads on the dashboard screen (using braiins fwiw).

Any ideas what needs replacing? Let me know what pics might be useful if any...
