From a health standpoint:

Figure out your necessary caloric intake:

Figure our out your protein intake

Figure out your carbs

Figure out tour fats

Eat fruits and vegetables, as raw as you can. Vitamins and minerals

Don't eat until after 12 and stop eating by 6pm.

Drink spring/mineral water

Exercise: push-ups, dips, pull-ups and squats will do a lot more than a $50 gym membership that you don't use.

Play and enjoy your life

That's all you really need and you will get in good shape and be healthy.

Stop eating supplements and magic pills

Stop thinking there's a magic fix surgery.

Do the work

Earn the value.
