What you are proposing is stealing money from every taxpayer to subsidize an industry that makes a product which admittedly can’t cope with severe cold temperatures. Those “resistance coils” mentioned in the article are the least efficient way to heat. Do you want $1000 utility bills? Because that’s how you get $1000 utility bills.
Your post and the adjoining article are a perfect example how brainwashed low level writers (I won’t call you journalists because you don’t investigate anything.) print anything you are told to print by the people who sign your paycheck. You should be ashamed.
