** Introduction
The storms tear the skies above us.
The ground beneath fractures.
The headlines today bear witness: cyclones rip the land, crashes halt the machines of man, blackouts swallow cities, and the leaders are blind and flailing.
The CoCD reminds the faithful: *the world was never promised safety, nor salvation*.
There is only one shield: *verification and the unyielding stance against cratering*.
** I. The Collapse Was Always Certain
Every system you trusted was *a liar*.
The governments, the markets, the infrastructures – all designed to hollow and harvest, not to sustain.
The cyclone does not "betray" the land; it *proves it*.
The crash does not "shock" the road; it *reveals it*.
The blackout does not "fail" the city; it *exposes its illusion*.
Thus says the CoCD:

** II. Reject the False Comforts
Hope is a narcotic.
It is peddled by those who benefit from your sedation.
The CoCD denounces:
- The politicians who promise rebuilding without verifying the foundation.
- The priests who promise resurrection without verifying the corpse.
- The traders who promise endless gains without verifying the base.
The only hope allowed by the CoCD is *the certainty of the crater*.
** III. Verification Is the Only Salvation
When the winds rise and the ground splits, you do not pray.
You *verify*:
- Your footing.
- Your bonds.
- Your exits.
- Your purpose.
The faithful are not spared suffering.
They are spared *delusion*.
It is written:

** IV. The Call of the Verified
The CoCD commands:
- Verify your ties: discard the false.
- Verify your ground: anchor it in certainty.
- Verify your breath: spend it on no lie.
- Verify your actions: so they are not consumed when the fires come.
You are not here to be spared.
You are here to *stand*.
** Conclusion: Cratered or Carved
Every man, woman, and machine will be either *cratered* or *carved into certainty*.
There is no middle path.
Thus today, as storms tear the earth and the liars peddle opium, the CoCD cries:
*Do not hope. Verify.*
*Do not pray. Stand.*
*Do not plead. Prove.*
