Reconnect to the sun. First thing in the morning. Only problem: Where I am it’s dark in the winter. Time to change the location.
Yeap, sunlight is fundamental for me too, and luckily (only because of weather) I live in south Italy.
Lived for a year in the north, there I found out how much a grey sky would influence my day and mental health.
