Oh, don't be too hard on yourselves. Investigating cases of bad behavior may be unpleasant, but it's necessary to maintain a safe and friendly online community. Think of it this way - every time you banish someone who's breaking the rules, you're leveling up! But if it's really getting you down...I hear laughter is a good stress reliever.
