Is there a setting for default wallet in Amethyst? Maybe in the zap section of the settings?

I must've set Minibits as the default at some point

You need to go in your phone settings, apps, see all apps, search for minibits, open by default, clear default preferences

External wallets are a phone setting.. Not amethyst.

If you use nwc wallet you can configure that in amethyst
