Funny how left wing liberals are called "progressive". It's a loaded term IMO.
Many right wing, classic liberal ideas seem "progressive".

The old terms aren't very useful anymore. They've all been repeatedly abused for marketing and everyone decides what it means to them individually - not great for describing a group.
I've come to appreciate Tim Urban's "high-rung" vs "low-rung" thinking across the whole political spectrum
