You get the star when you choose the 100% option with the slider in the wallet menu. (Damus TestFlight. Not sure if it’s in the App Store)

The star means you’ve turned on one-tap zaps with nostr wallet connect and have opted to send an additional % of each one tap zap to support Damus development. I think it’s still only on the testflight version.
