It was revealed a while back that the decline in search quality increased google revenue because people clicked on more pages and viewed more ads. This probably had the same effect. Page you want is down and there's no cache so check search results for something similar across many pages.

Note this change is not convenient and you would never find the archive.org link if you didn't already know it was there since you have to click the "more about this page" button.
