My problem with Peter is that he is too much of a not-invented-here engineer, which is my pet peave. (maybe I'm not alone?) He starts with his solution, which is usually completely fucked up, then he uses a completely valid point to justify it. Either he is autistic or he is a genius, because the result is he gets people to find a better solution to his worst-case fixes.
