Does anyone know how to set up your own nfc bolt card? I want to set up an nfc lightning debit cards for my kids.

I'm running my own node and they each have mutiny wallets already set up. I'd prefer if there was a compatible wallet they can access non-mobile (they are too young for phones and i dont want them constantly bugging me to check balances on mine).

I know how to write to nfc and I have spare empty cards but was wondering if anyone had links or guides available specific for this implementation?

LNBits has a plugin for it. It works very well.

Cool thanks! Are LNBits wallet safe to keep funds on long-term? I've only messed around with it very minimally and my impression was its all still sorta beta software? I guess if I've got the seed phrases it shouldn't really matter...

Sorry one more question... do you know if I need an actual bolt card to use the extension or is it possible to diy the nfc card and hook it up with the lnbits extension?

A contactless bitcoin NFC is simply an LNURLw (so basically just a URL) written on an NFC. LNBits allows you to create the LNURLw that you then write onto the NFC chip that you have. Could be any NFC chip. A sticker, a dongle or an NFC enabled card.
