Has anyone tried using nostr with a fresh new account recently?

If not, when was the last time you did that?

Everyone should do it once in a while. If you want nostr to grow that is.

Still painful.

Identity management should be its own thing and front and centre on nostr, similar to how enterprise SSO / MFA apps work

Yea, switching accounts is quite a headache. Storing it probably for many too.
