When I was a kid they were pushing margarine over real butter, but my family always did real butter, and whole milk, not that 0.5% stuff some people pushed.
Later it came out that the dude who did the study against real butter had faked the whole thing but no one had checked until maybe decades later.
I prefer the things that work and taste good. So, food by animals (milk and meat etc.) Is my favorite 🤗
Other than that, I listen to my body if it needs something else, like the couple of times a year where a salad sounds tasty 🤣
