Grounding (or earthing) is physically connecting to the earth’s surface by walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil, or even using grounding mats indoors. The earth carries a natural electric charge that can balance your body.

Modern life disconnects us from this natural electric field. Shoes, asphalt, and concrete create a barrier. Without this connection, inflammation builds, stress levels rise, and your body operates less efficiently.
