I am a rather #tech-friendly person, and I like to be able to do a lot of stuff #online and with my phone.

However, when services, like transport, payments or dealing with institutions become digital-only, it widens the gap between those, who belong, and those, who don't, extremely.

In a #democracy, it "only" affects the old, the poor, those in crisis or with other issues, in an #autocracy, everyone.

I think, for every service possible, there must be a non-digital alternative.
