Alby Hub is this new open-source wallet app with a lightning node wrapped: https://github.com/getAlby/hub
You can host it yourself - my current setup is built on my Windows (try zapping me, though i must stay online). Or you can pay Alby to host it for you, while the app is encrypted and only you get to know the keys.
And there is choice of LSPs, you can open channel with custom peers, Olympus, Voltage, Megalith, whoever. Doesn't have to be Alby
Ok so suppose I spin one up on a VPS somewhere.
I still have to manage liquidity no doubt?
