Thinking of doing a 7 day fasting (water, coffee and supplements only) in December to celebrate our Lord Jesus

Anyone interested to join?

It will start on the day of the 17th and breaks on the day of the 24th

I did this last month. It’s great. But did a different kind of fast / cleanse. It is really great and gave me a fresh reboot. Totally recommend doing something if you feel stuck. Good luck!

I've never fasted for more than 24 hours before, but I'll give it a shot replacing coffee with bone broth.

I may have spoken too soon. I keep forgetting that I'm getting a surgery on my knee soon, so if I don't get through the initial recovery by the 17th, I'll have to pass. Hopefully, things work out and I'll join y'all 🤞
