I really like habla.news, because it nicely displays long form markdown nostr content. So far I think only nos.social also does it, but those are the two I know about. I keep wanting to check habla displays things, it’s got nicer formatting and it’s web based as opposed to mobile.
But I can’t seem to figure out how to just paste in a npub or note key in to it. It uses naddress and adds a lot of stuff. Is there something I’m missing, or is this a missing feature? I like how I can get an oembed from nostr.band now, it’s awesome but doesn’t support the markdown posts.
Anyway… anybody else know you generate links to show long form content on habla? I know nostr:npub16zsllwrkrwt5emz2805vhjewj6nsjrw0ge0latyrn2jv5gxf5k0q5l92l7 knows because he did it for nostr:npub1pu3vqm4vzqpxsnhuc684dp2qaq6z69sf65yte4p39spcucv5lzmqswtfch but he’s off on vacation over the long weekend.
Getting these integrations to be easier I think is going to be important to getting nostr in to wider adoption.
Try pasting npub, naddr or whatever you've got to nostrapp.link to get a list of apps. Habla is on the list, clicking on it would send you to the proper habla page.
Once we figure out various details, app will be able to publish "recommendation" events on nostr to get themselves recommended, along with "handlers" to explain where users should be redirected to display some kind of event.
