A special permit should be required to own one, most should be forcefully spayed and neutered aside from a very few centralized breeders, and they should be only used for things like wild boar hunting or some sort of limited military use. They should be treated like tools and kept somewhere away from the public. That or we should just ban their breeding all together, charge pitbull owners for any crimes their dogs commit in the interim, and then just let the breed completely die off.
