What do you make of the sign, and how is it not romanticization of mental disturbance?
A lot of people are very angry with the American healthcare system and since literally no one has stepped up to defend them, they are idolizing a murderer as a folk hero. It didn’t have to be this way, but here we are.
Well, when you put it that way, I’m reminded of Joaquin Phoenix’s JOKER.

Makes perfect sense to me. Not that it's morally right. But entirely rational. Once society decided to tolerate one injustice (a group of corporations pursuing profit at the expense of the populace), the door was opened for any/all resultant injustices that followed.
