Pretty sure these are broad mites just from the microscopic size of them and how the plant leaf looks. One hit with the blue light epiflourescent module on the microscope and they are toast.

The podcast I posted about before was talking about using #UVC in grow rooms and greenhouses (#UV wont travel through glass) to get better terpene production, pest reduction etc. This being on the blue side is likely doing the same sort of thing.
