I really detest this whole “ thank you for your service” crap people say to subservient fools who facilitate more fiat crap by following corrupt imperialistic orders. How about we all STOP joining a fiat army and work on a better system !

the US is fundamentally a great place but its so fucking fake day-to-day.
They only do that because everyone knows it’s a horrible job, and talk is cheap. If they really wanted to thank them they’d take care of them when they come home maimed or traumatized, and they don’t. So I wouldn’t sweat that.
