Good point but I know so many people who have these houses with awesome kitchens and I know for a fact that they can't cook.

I have only met one person in my life with an ultra awesome kitchen (in fact he had 2. One was a 'test' kitchen) that was indeed spotless and his whole family cooked well, often and to abundance.

I look at the cook top. You can't hide the scars on that thing.
