There's no way they can actually compensate for how widespread this issue is. It's pretty much in all water on the planet at this point.
I bet the lawyers are happy though. 3M made $14B in profit in 2023 alone, not like it matters much to them.

They'll be happier if they buy expensive filters lol I saw some encouraging work on systems that can pull that shit out at the water processing level though. Hopefully it ends up working.
