Open Source certainly doesn't mean easy or fast. I can imagine the early years being particularly rough if you're starting out with very limited capital. Especially if you're growing the grapes and all. There are much easier ways to make money if you're not passionate about wine making lol I find it very interesting but probably not enough to start a business making it. Bless you and those who do though.
