Point taken, I don't think its one single unified cause though, i'm sure there are numerous nature and nurture reasons that can be pointed to with every case and they all would have different weightings on individuals

- Cry for attention

- Need for power

- Lack of real connection

- Never learned constructive ways to deal with emotion

Would be my top 4, what do you think?
