I think this is somewhat debatable. The ethos of bitcoin reflects that of the USAs founding fathers. Though our goverment may not want to lose their dollar hegemony, the citizens here will adopt it more quickly then most other nations and eventually force our politicians hands.

Or maybe I'm just an orange-eyed optimist 😉🧡

No. You’re an optimist, and I love that! I hope your right…and you may be right for some jurisdictions in the G7. But Basic nature and history suggests ego is likely permeating their decision making & legacy incentive structures on a net basis across the G7. Let’s see.

That we will. At the end of the day the only thing we can control is how we respond to these situations.

And I know with certainty that bitcoin is a fight worth putting everything on the line for ✊️
