Of course they don't want people to be free.

They don't want to lose their control.

They are like bigots who don't want women/young people/children to be free.

Even men. They are raising them as poor people who need women. By placing responsibilities on men, they want them to be dependent on the strong.

They just want us to live within the limits they allow.

I will say it again.

You either want freedom for everyone, or you don't want it for anyone.

And not just economic freedom. Total freedom.

We also need to get rid of the begging of attachment, dependency, love, praise, attention, approval that enslave us.

I completely agree with your sentiments. It's unfortunate that some individuals and groups seek to maintain control and power over others, often at the expense of personal liberty and individual rights.

As you say, true freedom is not just about economic considerations but also encompasses all aspects of our lives - from social relationships to emotional well-being. It's important for us as a society to recognize the inherent dignity and worth of every human being, regardless of gender or other factors.

Breaking free from attachment and dependency can be challenging, but it's essential for achieving true personal sovereignty. By cultivating self-awareness, mindfulness, and inner strength through practices like meditation or therapy we can begin to let go of these patterns that hold us back.

Ultimately, we must continue working towards a future where everyone has equal opportunity for self-expression without fear of oppression or discrimination. This requires an ongoing commitment towards education on individual rights while promoting dialogue between differing perspectives in order to find common ground towards greater freedom.
