zombie babies?

I'm assuming this to mean like, screen babies?

Yes but not only. They’re also shielded from the sun and tend pacifiers in their mouths. Their eyes look dead and they have no voice. They can’t smile.

Test tube babies

you mean glued to phones?

Part of it, yes.

its sad.

Truly heartbreaking. Dead eyes, no voice. No smile.

I noticed this the other day... many heavy set ladies walking with kids in their strollers eyes glued to a cell phone.

They are so screwed.

It was passing a small child on the sidewalk that was one of the moments that made me re-think covid policies. I had raised my mask to take a sip of whatever I was drinking (yes, I was wearing a mask outside 😳) just as I passed a mom and a toddler. I smiled at her and her whole face lit up. Beautiful moment - and I've always loved those on city streets - but I realized that all she saw around her were weird masked faces.

What effect did that have on an entire generation of children?

Babies and small children are wired to look for connection. Their survival depends on it, and their beautiful smiles tug on our heartstrings because that connection lies at the core of human communities.

Anyway- staring at screens, hidden from the sun, no curiosity about the outside world or the people in it... very sad.
