I just tried it, I’m back in EST after six weeks in Bali, 12 hour clock difference..

I think it helped somewhat, but it certainly didn’t mitigate the jet lag in a way that I would stand behind and insist anyone else do. Also, those larger doses made me feel a bit nauseous.

That said, I believe the studies about it, and will definitely megadose on days I’m under-slept again.
