Just be sure you understand the current experimental state of cashu as well as the custodial risk of trusting whichever node backs the mint(s) you are using.

Also the whole “no KYC” thing is just a temporary mirage. If it gains traction, mints will be held to the same laws as every other custodian.

The laws likely already apply, it’s just about risk of enforcement.
