It just needs to be a user created list of terms, then a filter on off button on the top of the feed

I'd think there would be super geeky advanced filtering for nostr feeds (yes, plural) in most "mainstream" nostr clients by now as a default. But not much has happened.

Greatful for nostr.band though, the "google" of nostr.
