We’ve definitely adapted to eat vegetation better than true “carnivores”.

However, Based on my own observations on myself and others I’ve advised over the years these things are undeniable to me while doing carnivore.

- My digestion is superb.

- little to no gas (or smell when I do)

- feel better overall

- look better, less swelling

Having said all that, I still eat some berries, nuts, and some lower glycemic fruits like avocados.

I also still eat broccoli sprouts
