There is a way to air gap your transaction with a coldcard if you have blue wallet for your iPhone

Apple iOS is spyware. Air-gapping your #bitcoin transactions might protect your #btc from being stolen. However, the devil will still know that you own them and use them, which is just as bad.

Yea I wouldn’t trust Apple as much to use it to transact your main funds.
